Returns and Refunds
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, we will exchange or refund any item returned within 7 working days with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please ask for Proof of Postage from your post office. If the return is a result of an error made by Forget Me Not we will refund the delivery charge, otherwise the delivery charge is non-refundable. Please note we do not give exchanges, credit notes or refunds on items returned after 7 working days.
Damaged goods must be reported to Forget Me Not within 48 hours of receiving the goods. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported.
