HOW TO ORDER

By phone - Please call 015394 48288. We are open Monday to Saturday 10.00 am until 5.15pm. Outside these hours you will be able to leave a message on our answerphone and we will return your call on our return.

By email - You can email us directly from the 'Contact Us' page by simply clicking on our email address.

DELIVERY

Stock permitting, orders are normally despatched within 7 days of receipt of your order. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Our delivery charges are as follows:-

UK mainland destinations -

Up to 2kg - £4.95
2 - 10kg - £7.95
10kg - 20kg - £11.95

For Channel Islands and non-UK destinations, delivery is charged at cost.

Delivery of furniture - please call us for further information.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, we will exchange or refund any item returned within 7 working days with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. Please note the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ask for Proof of Postage from your post office. If the return is a result of an error made by Forget-Me-Not we will refund the delivery charge otherwise the delivery charge is non-refundable. Please not we do not give exchanges, credit notes or refunds on items returned after 7 working days.

Damaged goods must be reported to Forget-Me-Not within 48 hours of receiving the goods. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported.
